Being amongst peers in pure wilderness creates a fertile ground for connecting with your deepest inner knowing. Wisdom comes from inside and during this program we facilitate the birth process. The thorough experience of guides from the Wilderness Leadership School, in combination with experienced facilitators, helps to establish a context for accelerated growth and learning.

Through our Advisory Board and strategic partners we are able to combine three fields of cutting edge knowledge and extensive experiences. Through - for instance – the Wilderness Leadership School and its founder Ian Player we tap into many decades of experience in wilderness preservation and knowledge about the meaning of wilderness for humanity. Through Joseph Jaworski and his colleagues we connect to cutting edge knowledge in leadership transformation and to twenty years of experience with leadership wilderness retreats. Through our senior executives we are able to learn directly from the realities of today’s leading multinationals.
