Facilitators and guides
In the programs we will use only senior facilitators with at least twenty years of experience in business. Each of them combines this experience with a keen interest in personal and organizational development. They did not only study it, they also live it. Most important is that they experienced deep change themselves and learned to reconnect with new sources of creativity, inspiration and health.
In the wilderness we will be facilitated by two guides from the Wilderness Leadership School in South Africa. These guides have been trained to connect participants deeply with nature. They let you experience a reconnection with “innate knowledge”, your deepest intuition or knowing. And at the same time they make sure that you are safe.
