Organization/Foundation

The Foundation has its origins in the 2002 International Dialogue Conference of the Encounter of Worldviews Foundation. People from many different disciplines, backgrounds in business, politics, non-governmental organizations, different religious backgrounds and people from all the different continents of the world gathered together. It was a clear understanding that we as human species can learn a lot from nature and that we have a clear responsibility to co-operate with nature in a sustainable way. From there a next step was taken to create an opportunity where nature is used as a portal to leadership transformation. And so our foundation was born.

The following people support us with their wisdom and connections in our Advisory Board: Antony Burgmans, Ervin Laszlo, Ian Player, Fred Matser, Jane Goodall, Joseph Jaworski, Robert-Jan van Ogtrop, Thony Ruys and Herman Wijffels.

Mark Tigchelaar, Johan Bontje, Elfrieke van Galen and Derk Egeler currently form the executive committee. Fons Driessen is involved as senior councelor. The Foundation is a non-profit organization with a professional support staff and warm support of volunteers, who have participated in our trails.
