Participants
The participants are primarily senior executives who support the emergence of a new paradigm for leadership and organization in our society. Besides leaders from business, government or not-for-profit organizations, senior authorities and influencers might be invited. In this way we ensure diversity in order to create an optimal learning environment. Participants need to be open to personal sharing and exploration. On each trail the number of participants is limited to 7 persons.
There are also opportunities to assemble a group from one company or organization.
