Transformation

We use the ‘U-process’ as the core approach to leadership transformation. The U-process is a methodology to create fundamentally new realities through shifts in mindsets and tapping into our sources of creativity. Scharmer, Senge, Jaworski and their colleagues have done a lot of research into this archetypal process of innovation and transformation. In short the U-Process provides us with an alternative to repeating patterns of the past in three crucial steps:

  1. Almost obsessively observe the current situation from new perspectives until we become one with it
  2. Access our source of Deeper Knowing and surface that knowing
  3. Act swiftly from that knowing, staying in touch with its source.
