Participants

The learning focuses on experience on a limited foundation of theoretical insight. The emphasis of this program is on accessing your source of Deeper Knowing through an intense encounter with nature. You will learn about leadership in the new paradigm. You will learn the fundamentals of the “U-process” of transformation. You will sense interconnectedness at a deep level. You will tap into questions as: Who am I? and What is my Mission in life?. You will be visioning a (renewed) direction for your personal and professional live. You will (re)balance male and female principles in a new dynamic harmony. You will generate conversations on deeper levels of reflection and inquiry. You will form a “circle of natural leadership” for future open conversations and mutual support.

By being conscious of what happens to you, you can sustain a direct and permanent transformation. This transformation resonates with your body and becomes a part of you. The facilitators and your team members will help you to integrate your experience into your personal and professional life.
